Previously, Doug held product marketing, customer experience, and content strategy roles at IBM, and supported a number of early-stage cloud ecosystem companies with comms and analyst relations. Doug lives in New York and loves travel, golf, wine, history, and record-collecting. He is a University of Wisconsin–Madison alumnus.
